The ESC CVD Risk Calculation App is currently accessible in English. It assists in determining the most appropriate calculator for individual patients and provides an estimation of cardiovascular risk. Noteworthy is that patient data are not retained within the app.

This application is intended solely for informational purposes and does not serve as a tool for therapeutic intervention or diagnostic assistance.

The Application is a product of the European Society of Cardiology (ESC) and is based on the source codes of the U-Prevent webtool. U-Prevent was conceptualized by the University Medical Center Utrecht, redesigned, and currently owned by ORTEC.

The SCORE2, SCORE2-OP, and SCORE2-Diabetes calculators were formulated in cooperation with the ESC Cardiovascular Risk Collaboration unit.

Recently updated as part of the EAPC IMPLEMENT Programme (2023), the Application received backing from Novo Nordisk through an educational grant. The sponsor had no involvement or influence on the features or scientific content of the Application.
